Feeding Fundamentals: How to Foster a Curious & Confident Eater with PlayArts & Liv Lee

PlayArts is hosting a new *virtual* workshop for parents all about child nutrition and feeding! Local registered dietician Liv Lee, MS, RDN, blends nutrition science (“what to eat”) and behavior science (“how to eat”) in this workshop, offering playful strategies to support parents with some of the most common and challenging aspects of feeding children. Learn about the current research around healthy feeding as well as strategies to foster joyful and playful mealtime routines for kids.
