New Baby Meet Up

Becoming a caregiver is joyful, overwhelming, tender, and exhausting- often all at once. Our New Baby Meet-Up is a gentle, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are, be heard, and be reminded that it’s okay to hold two (or ten!) opposing feelings at the same time. This free gathering for all community members is a chance to relax with other new caregivers, connect through shared experiences, and begin building meaningful community. Come settle in, share if you’d like (or just listen), and feel supported, seen, and cared for as you navigate these early days, together.
