This class is designed and led by a physical therapist in pediatrics and neurology to help parents improve strength and flexibility through traditional Pilates exercises, all while interacting and bonding with your baby. Each session incorporates gentle movements and poses that support postnatal recovery, enhance core strength, and promote overall well-being. We’ll focus on exercises that accommodate the presence of your baby, making it a fun and engaging experience for both of you. Whether it’s incorporating your baby into poses, using them as gentle resistance, or simply enjoying their presence during stretches, Parent Playlates is a perfect way to nurture your fitness journey alongside your little one.
