PECO Family Jams: Button Making

Isaiah Zagar, creator of Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens, has always been a great lover of art. He went to art school to train as a painter. He began experimenting with mosaics as an art therapy. At PMG, we believe all humans benefit from experiencing art and from making art. Celebrate your visit by making a tiny collage we will turn into a button you can wear on your jacket or backpack for years to come.
Join us for free tours of our fully mosaicked basement at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm and learn more about Isaiah’s story.
PECO Family Jams are PMG’s family-oriented programs, held on the second Sunday of every month between noon and 4:00 pm. Crafts and basement tours are included with regular admission to PMG. Purchase your regular admission tickets in advance.
