The Ultimate Girls’ Getaway in the Poconos

After our outdoor escapades, we wanted a fun yet relaxing evening. Enter Mobile Hibachi 4U! They brought the entire hibachi experience right to our doorstep—grill, chef, food, sake, and all. The chef dazzled us with knife tricks, flaming onion volcanoes, and of course, delicious food cooked to perfection. It was like having a private teppanyaki restaurant in our living room, making it a must-do for any group looking to add a unique twist to their stay.

To cap off our incredible weekend, we visited Mountain View Vineyard. The vineyard features the cutest cabins equipped with fire pits, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Luck was on our side as we snagged one and settled in for an afternoon of relaxation.

We indulged in wine flights, savoring the local flavors, and treated ourselves to their delectable wood-fired pizzas. Sitting around the fire, wine in hand, and sharing stories reminded us of why these friendships are so special.
